Getting a MEPCO new connection feels complicated. Long queues. Missing documents. Nobody explains what happens after you pay. This guide covers everything from the first document to meter installation.
Once your MEPCO connection is installed and active, make sure to check your MEPCO bill online to track your units and due date.
What is the MEPCO ENC System?
ENC stands for Electricity New Connection. It’s the official portal run by PITC under Pakistan’s Ministry of Energy. Apply online, upload documents, and get a Tracking ID. Visit: enc.com.pk
You can apply online or walk into your nearest subdivision office. Both work.

Before applying, itβs always a good idea to estimate your expected charges, so you can calculate your MEPCO bill online based on your monthly unit usage.
